One on One

This is the perfect fit for someone who wants to learn the Olympic lifts from scratch! Bad habits? No problem! After each lesson you will leave performing the lifts more efficiently. Each lesson is 1 hour, two on ones are also available by request.

Semi Private Class

This is an excellent fit for athletes who have experience performing the Olympic lifts, and just need to tune up their technique. Class is 1 hour and is capped at 4 people. Athletes will work in a rotation to ensure that every set is observed by a coach!

Competitor's Program

Our Competitor’s Program is catered towards intermediate athletes who are aiming to/on the brink of qualifying for a National competition. Athletes can be local or out of state. Factors that will be assessed include: Biological and Weightlifting Age, Athletic Background, Current Total vs. National Championships Qualifying Total
