Group Training is catered towards intermediate athletes with experience performing the Olympic lifts. The objectives of this program are: to have athletes learn proper technique in the lifts, and to get the athletes stronger in the lifts. This program is for Weightlifters, CrossFitters, or any athlete with the desire to improve their Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
Monday: 1030am-12pm and 6pm-730pm
Wednesday: 1030am-12pm and 530pm-730pm
*Athletes must possess a requisite level of technique in the Olympic lifts to be a part of this program, determined on a case by case basis. Athletes not meeting this requirement can take One on One Lessons or Semi Private Classes to reach this level.
