Improve technique and build strength

1-2 Group Sessions per week

Individualized Training Program add-on available

Athletes can choose 1-2 training sessions per week. Groups are up to 4-8 athletes of varying skill levels. An Individualized Training program add-on is available. Membership includes access to facility when a coach is present.
 
Athletes can be local or out of state. Out of state athletes will be coached remotely.

*New athletes must complete set of onboarding lessons before lifting in program (can be waived if athlete demonstrates technical proficiency)

Times

Tuesday and Thursday: 530pm-8pm
Wednesday: 930am-1130am
Saturday: 1230pm-330pm
