We offer both stand-alone Weightlifting programs for Weightlifters, and supplemental Weightlifting programs for CrossFitters who are already following a program, but need additional work to improve their lifts.

We have worked with athletes of all levels. From complete beginners learning how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk, to competitive Weightlifters competing at the European & World Championships,
to competitive functional fitness athletes competing at the CrossFit Games.

Here are answers to the most common questions athletes ask before joining the Competitor’s Program.

Competitive athletes, whether it’s Weightlifting, functional fitness or another sport, we’ve got you covered.

Training programs are tailored to your needs. Standalone training programs are available for Weightlifting.
Supplemental training programs are available for functional fitness or sports to coincide with the main sport.

No problem! You get to choose the number of training days each week.
Life happens and can be unpredictable; if you end up missing a training session, we can simply adjust the training to keep you progressing.

Comparable coaching usually costs $200+/month; our program starts at less than half that.
Supplemental training programs start at $100/month.
Cost is ultimately determined based on the amount of programming and coaching sought out.

There is no minimum commitment or cancellation fee. As long as you cancel before the next billing date, you won’t be charged additionally.
