Weekly Individualized Routine

To optimize training, a routine is written for each specific athlete. Program is tailored for an individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and schedule.

Unlimited video analysis

Written feedback on videos. Regular analysis ensures the Olympic lifts and assistance exercises are performed properly.

Regular Communication

Text or e-mail communication available throughout the week. Regular communication assures that routines are written in agreement with athlete’s physical state.

No problem! You get to choose the number of training days each week.
Life happens and can be unpredictable; if you end up missing a training session, we can simply adjust the training to keep you progressing.

Optional Weekly Video

There is no minimum commitment or cancellation fee. As long as you cancel before the next billing date, you won’t be charged additionally.
