One on One Lessons

This is the perfect fit for someone who wants to learn the Olympic lifts from scratch! Bad habits? No problem! After each lesson you will leave performing the lifts more efficiently. Each lesson is 1 hour, two on ones are also available by request.

Group Training

For Weightlifters, CrossFitters, or any athlete with the desire to improve their Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Objectives are: to have athletes learn proper technique in the lifts, and to get the athletes stronger in the lifts. Must have experience performing the Olympic lifts.

Competitor's Program

Our Competitor’s Program is catered towards intermediate athletes wanting to compete in local and National competitions. Athletes can be local or out of state.
