Video Analysis will provide you with insight to become a more efficient lifter.
Athlete Submits Video
The athlete will send a video of either their Snatch, Clean & Jerk, or both lifts to be critiqued.
Video Analysis
We will review the videos and respond with a video voiceover and written technical analysis of the lift. In the analysis, we will identify your strengths and weaknesses, and provide cues and drills to correct movement and improve lifts.
Cost
$39 for One Lift (Snatch or Clean & Jerk of your choosing)
$65 for Both Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk)
Video Requirements
- 2 videos permitted per lift (If both lifts are selected then 2 videos for each lift for a total of 4 videos). Each video may last up to 30 seconds.
- Side or Diagonal 3/4 angle video.
- 720p video quality or higher preferred.
- You will receive instructions on sending videos with order confirmation
